Home Away from Home!
Amazing Property - Very well maintained! You can not beat the layout of the home, the size of the pool, the parking, and the Beach Access!!!! We had a couple repair instances while at the home, but they were there and FAST!! Communication for this property was perfect and we just could not get over how it fit our LARGE party super well! Would def rent this home again!

Beautiful property
The property is beautiful and the location was ideal. The house was not dirty but there were some oversights in cleaning the floors. I would recommend updating the coffee maker as well. Aside from these 2 minor things we encountered this is a fantastic property and we would definitely stay here again with our entire family!!

Family Vacation
House was in great location. Layout and space were perfect for our two families consisting of 4 adults and 3 young children. Overall, interior and exterior of the house could use a little TLC. Some things falling apart here and there, but management was responsive to our concerns.

Perfect Home Away From Home
Our party thoroughly enjoyed this beach house. The proximity to the beach and the living spaces were perfect for our joint family vacation with four adults and four teens. The property was clean and well-appointed for eight guests. The decks were fantastic, especially the beach facing ones. The 'sunset' deck was a little dirty but nothing we couldn't deal with.

The only elements of dissatisfaction with the property was the number of maintenance issues we dealt with. First was the inability to turn lights on in the garage/hot tub/BBQ area; turns out there was a short in the wires. After diagnosing the problem, it was resolved quickly. Second was that the hot tub wasn't holding water. Luckily the pool man came and was able to fix the problem on his return trip. Third was the pool heater, which was never able to be fixed during our stay. The pool was a big reason we chose this property so not being able to use it was disappointing. All in we had maintenance people visit the property 6-8 times during our stay, which wasn't ideal, thankfully, they were all polite and as undisruptive as possible.

All that said, we would stay here again.

Last minute get away
We are very happy with our stay at Victoria's View. Our Air BNB was more than disappointing and we had trouble locating a back up until we contacted Coast Realty. They were able to get us into a house at the last minute and for a very reasonable price. While the house definitely needs a serious update on the decor within the house, some drywall repairs need to be completed and we missed having a Keurig, it was comfortable and accommodating.

Victorias View
This was the first time we had ever been to the Outer Banks and/or rented a house to stay at. The whole visit was great and the view was brwathtaking. From communication ahead of time to an issue that came up during our stay to easy check out on Saturday. We would highly recommended Victorias View!!

Another wonderful time in the Outer Banks
The house was generally well maintained. The carpets can use a cleaning. The area around the hot tub needed policing. The master bedroom shower stall had some areas of grime. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
